The Foundation for Prosecutor Accountability promotes the development of national standards for the ethical conduct of prosecutors, the adoption of laws and practices designed to remove incentives for prosecutorial misconduct, and the repeal or modification of laws providing prosecutors absolute immunity for prosecutorial misconduct. Research projects and collaborative efforts that are underway will provide data and opportunities in support of future policy papers on these subjects.
