The work of the Foundation for Prosecutorial Accountability includes the assembly of data and research relevant to those engaged in the criminal justice system or its reform. By serving as an easily accessible repository of data and research, the Foundation hopes to provide opportunities for data-based discussions focused on justice, transparency, equality, and equity within the criminal justice system.
The Foundation also tracks news items of interest related to exonerations, academic articles and reports related to prosecutorial accountability, actions of engaged entities and stake holders, and relevant legal reforms to highlight these events as they occur and to provide a ready resource those engaged in the criminal justice system or its reform.
